Mrs. Dirlam graduated from California State University, Fresno where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accountancy. While obtaining her bachelor’s degree she concurrently worked full time at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). After graduating from college, she secured a position at the County of Fresno in the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collectors office in the Financial Reporting and Audits division where she was a member of the team that prepared the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the County of Fresno while also performing internal audits. In 2016, she joined the team at the City of Fresno in the finance department working in the treasury division and was also on the CAFR team for the City. Mrs. Dirlam has a passion for accounting, but in her spare time she enjoys traveling, watching/discussing movies and counted cross stitch.
