Mrs. Barlow is a self-proclaimed science nerd with a degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from UC Davis and a Masters of Science in Biochemical Nutrition from UT Austin. She has been teaching in the Biomedicine lab at CART since 2013, and loves teaching hands-on medical skills, medical case studies, and making her own medicine and anatomy themed board games. Mrs. Barlow enjoys baking and is lovingly referred to as the “Barlow Bakery” by the CART staff since she’s always supplying the employees with sweet treats. Outside of CART, Mrs. Barlow loves jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, and all things Harry Potter.
