Mr. Carlo has been the English instructor at CART since 2009. He began in the Psychology Lab but transitioned to the Biomedicine Lab in 2017. His previous experience as a U.S. Army combat medic has reignited his passion for medicine and integrating English in the curriculum. He is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington and received his Masters from City University in Bellevue, WA. Because Mr. Carlo has always had a fascination for both science and the beauty of the English language, he loves the integration found at CART. Outside of CART Mr. Carlo enjoys yoga, running, tennis, and hiking with his family.
