The CART Scholarship window will open on Monday, March 2, 2026.

-Applications must be typewritten (no handwritten applications will be accepted).
-Applications are Due to CART office by 4:00 PM on Friday, March 20th, 2026

Instructions

Please contact your CART teachers for scholarship information. Please follow the steps below:

Click a scholarship link
Download/Save the scholarship application to your computer
Use Adobe Acrobat to open the scholarship PDF from your computer. (Right+click on the PDF then choose Open with > Adobe Acrobat)
Fill out the scholarship form and save as desired

*Please do NOT attempt to fill out your scholarship application in a browser window. You must download your application first, and open it from your computer. (Failure to follow these instructions may result in lost information)

CART – General Scholarships

Prerequisite: None. Must be completed if applying for additional scholarships below.

Scottish Rite Scholarship

Prerequisite: Must be a citizen of the United States. Must be accepted to a community college or 4-year college or university studying in the fields of one of the following: Education, Government, Political Science, Advanced Communications, Engineering, Economics, and Finance or Professional Studies.
