| Forensic Research Learning Lab |
Students will use investigative science techniques to solve intriguing problems involving the law. Students use scientific evidence to paint a picture of what happened in the past. DNA, fingerprinting, physical evidence analysis, scene reconstruction, and biotechnology are some of the techniques that will be introduced.
Careers include: criminalist, detective, pathologist, forensic psychologist, genetic engineer, accident reconstructionist, forensic anthropologist.

| Biomedicine Learning Lab |
Biomedicine students explore issues in medical science and human anatomy/physiology through their involvement in scientific research projects. Students investigate how a healthy body functions and how it reacts to disease. Students will explore medical careers by working with various medical professionals.
Careers include: Microbiologist, Doctor, nurse, Pathologist, x-ray technician, Dietician, Sports medicine specialist, Physical therapist.

| Environmental Sciences and Field Research Learning Lab |
Students will conduct field research to develop an awareness of the impact of human activities on the environment. The student will use the data they collect to design and produce environmentally friendly products, solve problems and investigate policies that ensure sustainability and stewardship of the Earth's resources. The EAST Grant awarded to this lab will allow students to develop skills in surveying, geographical information systems (GIS), aerial photography and satellite digital image manipulation; digital mapping, and geographic positioning system (GPS) topographic data.
Careers include: Environmental engineer, Wildlife biologist, Park ranger, Hazardous materials specialist, Marine biologist, Natural resource manager.

| Psychology and Human Behavior Learning Lab |
Psychology is an academic and applied field involving the study of the human mind, brain, and behavior. Psychology also refers to the application of such knowledge to various spheres of human activity, including problems of individuals' daily lives and the treatment of mental illness.
Students will investigate the inner working of the human mind on the chemical level. They will learn why people behave in certain ways. What factors influence behavior? How is behavior controlled, changed, and modified? All this and more is awaiting your exploration.
Careers include: Psychologist, behavior analyst, counselor, or any jobs related to human resources, sales and marketing, personnel, public relations, market research, direct care, etc.
